Kiesha of Yoga with Kiesha LLC is a 225-hour certified yoga teacher, stretch practitioner, and herb enthusiast dedicated to empowering women through personalized yoga and assisted stretching sessions. Her focus is on promoting mobility, wellness, and mindfulness while providing private one-on-one yoga lessons, group yoga classes, assisted stretching, and passive yoga sessions.

Group & Private Event Yoga Sessions

I offer customized group yoga sessions for events, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and community gatherings. Whether you're looking for a relaxing chair yoga session, an energizing vinyasa flow, or a mindfulness-based experience, I can tailor the session to fit your group’s needs.

Group Session Rates:

  • Small Group (Up to 10 participants) – $100 per hour

  • Larger Groups (11+ participants, ticketed events) – $10-15 per person

Pricing includes customized session planning and instruction.

Custom Wellness Experiences:

For sessions incorporating additional wellness modalities, such as guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, or intention setting, custom pricing is available upon request. These offerings are ideal for retreats, special events, and private wellness experiences.

Travel Fees:

  • Local (within 15 miles): No additional charge

  • 16-30 miles: +$25

  • 31+ miles: Custom quote based on location
